Hi Mamas! Our little babe is 8 weeks today. How long do you let your little one sleep at night without a feed? Generally during the day we feed her every 3 hours. Her birth weight was 8lb 2oz and she currently weighs 10lb 12oz. At night we let her go as long as she wants for sleep. But I’m also worried about her getting dehydrated. For example last night I nursed her at 7P and at 8P she fell asleep. She slept until 4:30AM and only because I woke her up for a feed since it had been 9.5 hours since she last ate. I Nursed her for 30 minutes while swaddled and she went back to sleep and she’s still currently sleeping (it’s 8AM). Do I wake her in the middle of the night? Or let her keep going? I’m breastfeeding her so it’s hard to tell if she’s getting enough oz/calories or not, oh and my boobs are so engorged since she’s sleeping that much at night it’s insane 😩 hoping it doesn’t affect my supply, as I haven’t been pumping
