I know this questions sounds weird but I’m really an introvert and most jobs have said no to me and I think it’s because of my quietness, even though I have experience in my resumes but it’s my shyness that won’t let me shine lol🥺

Don’t present yourself as something your not . If a job hires you based on your “extreovert ness” and you can’t keep that up cuz it’s fake your lying to them, and to yourself. They want a good fit for the company. Don’t be something your not.

Tell yourself you re more outgoing but without changing yourself. Work on your social skills and be confident during the interview, own your experiences and don’t be intimidated. Think of the interviewer as your grandpa or grandma, someone you are confident with but that you have lots of respect for. 
You got this! The fake it till you make it is true. But rather than trying to be an extrovert, just work on your social skills, you don’t need to change yourself
