I’m highly sensitive to estrogen and get headaches and bad mood swings on the combo pill.

I’m currently on the mini pill and it’s okay, but I get a really heavy, really long period while on them and don’t like how they’re not as effective as other options.

I have an appointment on December 30 to talk about other options, but I wanted to know what others thought about different options that have low or no estrogen.
