Chemical pregnancy or implantation bleeding?

I am very confused on the topic of implantation bleeding and early period symptoms/ chemical pregnancy. 
Can someone tell me what kind of bleeding I am experiencing? My doctor said it’s nothing to be concerned about since it’s not enough blood to fill a pad or panty liner.

Implantation bleeding doesn’t happen after you’ve already found out your pregnant, it happens long before a missed period, that’s also way too much blood and way too bright to be implantation. It’s also rare.

If you’ve already confirmed pregnancy then implantation had already happened and it can’t be implantation bleeding.
Just keep an eye on it and call your doctor if it gets heavy.
