What type of foods to eat during a stomach virus?

Any ideas or recipes? Both my kids and me have been dealing with stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting 😩 and sometimes we just can’t keep anything down

Sip water, broth, pedialyte and pops. When you’re a little better banana, rice, applesauce, toast- bland foods.

Bland diet. Boiled chicken, toast, rice, etc assuming you have the appetite to eat. Otherwise focus on hydration. Soup, broth, popsicles, pedialyte, Gatorade. Sip don't guzzle. If you or the kids cannot keep anything down at all it might be worth going to the ER for fluids and medication for the vomiting. We had the stomach bug rip through our house last week. Both my husband and I had to go to the hospital for fluids. I was so dehydrated my lips and tongue were white and I had clear diarrhea which I didn't know could happen

Just went through this with my kiddos 😩 I agree with Stacey. We also did flat Sprite to sip on but my oldest is 7 so it depends how old your kiddos are. Hope everyone feels better soon ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻
