Enlarged kidneys on ultrasound

Anyone ever been told they have enlarged kidneys? I was told I has enlargement of the renal collecting system based on an ultrasound I had. My doctor gave no indication of what it might mean, just said I need a CT scan now. I’ve been driving myself crazy worrying.

I have no symptoms as of right now.
