Contractions without pain?

Question

So today is my due date. I had one last sweep, induction is scheduled for the 21st.. but all evening I’ve been nauseous and having really bad diarrhea. Now for the last 1-2 hours my stomach gets really hard every few mins but I feel absolutely no pain at all. Is it possible I’m having contractions!?

That sounds like Braxton hicks which is really your body prepping for labour.
That being said. Getting to 3cm without feeling more than mild cramping is common.

My early contractions with my second was similar to this. For an entire hour, every two minutes, I had a tightening feeling. Not painful, just felt weird. About 4 hours later it was full blown labor.
