Needing answers...

I got told today that I had a chemical pregnancy. But, I'm still having symptoms. Everything from nausea, headaches, extreme fatigue, you name it! 😫 Anyone that has experienced this, how long until symptoms subside? Because I'm far from over this!!😭 My doctor didn't even bother explaining anything to me. I would have been 11 weeks. They did an ultrasound and nothing was there. Like does everything just absorb on it's own or should I prepare myself for a d&c?
