I need help :/

I keep randomly getting brown/pink discharge and I don’t know what is causing this it has been going on for two months just off and on I went to the doctors about two months ago and the pregnancy test and uti test both came negative I know I am not pregnant considering I haven’t sex since a few days before my last period I just don’t know what to do I’m just so sick of it also When I wipe it’s pink
