When did yall preregister for the hospital ?

I’ve never done it and never been asked before. Each time I’ve had a kid they just asked if everything wz the same and confirmed lmp and some info while being hooked up to the IV and all. Do they still re ask that if you pre register? I only say that cz my brother took me to the hospital last time and they talked about my GBS positive and it wz kinda embarrassing and I dnt want to have to have everyone leave the room. Is it still only one person allowed since covid at your hospital?
