This is getting kind of overwhelming my daughter is 8 months old she wants me holding her 24/7 if I put her down she will cry if she sleep on my chest and I go to lay her down she cry’s she won’t stop crying until I put her back on my chest I need tips ?

I know its not for everybody but honestly you may been to just let it happen. At some point, these things become habits and to break them you have to push through it. Start with one noncontact sleep a day (into own sleep space) and push through until she takes it. For daytime attachment, I would set her up in a safe space and maybe where she can see you with toys so you can do what you need and she can learn to play independently. Talking to her, singing or playing songs, etc are helpful to interact with her but not be with her. It's important to learn.

Sometimes I put my daughter in her high chair and roll it into the kitchen so she feels like she's cooking with me 🤷🏼‍♀️

If nighttime sleep is an issue, you may consider sleep training.  We did the Ferber method (gradual extinction) at 7 months. He stopped crying after 4 days and stopped waking up constantly after 9 days. There's a timer app to help. We did the same with naps after he was sleeping through the night. 
When my baby is clingy during the day, I try to engage him in a toy after I set him down in sight of me. It works most of the time.

I hate to say it, but you may have to rip the band aid on that one. 
Magic Merlin Sleep suit? Helped me transition, but not sure if she is too old now, if she can roll over then I think you can’t use it. We used it at 5 months to transition my son to the crib.
I also tried the cry it out method. I was weak a lot and only let him cry 10 minutes or so at a time. Hit or miss results. 
Finally around 6 months I was so tired and exhausted. When my husband was out of town and my step kids were gone, I did 3 nights of letting him cry and I slept where I couldn’t hear him. I closely watched the monitor though. Then he slept through the night going forward - Minus teething and the occasional mid night wake up.
