Hi there! Question about my Breast milk. I have been exclusively pumping for six months now. I have noticed a loss in the fat content of my breastmilk. I don’t see as much fat globs on the top of the milk. Milk looks very thin and comes out clear. Daughter is starting to increase the amount she’s eating which could be due to a growth spurt but also I’m worried that my milk is not as fatty and not getting her as full. Now I’m doing formula in the evening in 4 ounces of breast milk.. she drinks this down very fast! Ideas on how I can fatten up my milk? I’m worried she’s not getting enough nutrition through the breast milk.
