Baby coming early ?

I went to my regular check up today I'm 24 weeks and 4 days.  well when she measured him he's measuring 27 weeks and 2 days and she mentioned his heart rate was a little fast . She told me not to freak out that she will monitor it . But I'm measuring 3 weeks ahead anyone have a similar situation and baby came around dud date ? Or come earlier than due date . This is my 3 baby .

Measuring ahead doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have baby early. After you’ve had your glucose test, that may answer some of why you’re measuring ahead and why baby’s heart rate is fast. You could be borderline gestational diabetes or even have it. With my second, she measured three weeks ahead and I ended up being borderline gestational diabetes for her. They didn’t treat it, but she was 9 pounds and born two weeks past my due date.

I don’t trust the scans. My best friend “had” to be induced because her baby was so big and she is very tiny so they didn’t think she would be able to deliver if she went into labor naturally. Baby was just barely 6 pounds. I question the accuracy

I remember with my first I went to the doctor’s a few times towards the last few weeks because they wanted to monitor his growth as he was measuring a little big. He was induced at 40 weeks (not related to measurement), but probably would have hung in there longer if we didn’t. Born 6lbs 14ozs… not big at all.

Meh, I don’t really trust fundal height. I always measured extremely small with all my pregnancies and my doctor always sent me for extra ultrasounds to check on the baby’s growth. Baby was always okay and growing. My babies are always on the smaller side but not abnormally small at all. They were perfectly healthy. I think I just carry small and i’m a smaller person.

Just curious is baby measurements farther along of like the measurements on the uterus is farther along?
I had measurements a whole month ahead at due date with my 4th he ended up really big baby and we are watching very closely for that not to be repeated, I will be induced (hopefully won't need to be and will go in on  my own) btwn 37-39weeks.
