Safe to take while breastfeeding ? My allergies are kicking my butt and I really need some kind of relief until I can see my doctor. Im already using a humidifier

It can affect your milk supply.
I have horrible allergies and would need to take it on really bad days, but I tried not to take it multiple days in a row so that my dip in supply would be minimal.

My doc said that most decongestants have the possibility to dry up breast milk supply.
I would call the doc and ask what is safe to take!

You can call your baby's doctor to discuss it. My OB/GYN okayed it during my pregnancy
