Had the worst lower back/hip pain last night I couldn’t sleep. Husband ended up leaving and sleeping in the guest room because I was tossing and turning so much. This morning I woke up and my left leg was swollen and sore. I remember the swollen ankles and feet with my first pregnancy, but I don’t remember my whole leg swelling. Wore compression socks and that helped with my calves, but my upper leg is still sore. Any suggestions what might help? Just need to get through 17 more weeks!

UPDATE: After three days I finally called the doctor’s office and was told a nurse would call me back. When I didn’t get a call all day I called the on-call nurse this evening who told me to go to the ER. After an ultrasound they did discover a blood clot in my leg. So, here I am waiting in the hospital to figure our what comes next.
