Tilted pelvis?????

The second time I went to an ultrasound around 6 weeks, the nurse had to angle the transvaginal stick to the left ALOT. Like hitting the right side of my wall hard. And at my 14 week ultrasound the baby was so far on the right that she had me roll to my left to try and get her to move to the middle. It’s so much pressure on the right side of my pelvis when I pee. Almost as if she’s laying on my kidney but I tested negative for a UTI. Can someone help me on this? Does this make it harder to deliver with a tilted pelvis?
