Am I wrong for having wet dreams about an ex f* buddy while I’m married ?

I’m not doing it intentionally, like they’re dreams how do I just stop them. I dont think of this person daily but things remind me of him. A lot of things. Alot of actors remind me of him, he’s a cop so I see cops and they remind me of him lol it’s weird 
But I’m married , happily with 2 kids.
Great sex life with my husband no complaints
But for some reason I’m always dreaming and fantasizing aboht this man.

No, you can't help what you dream about or who you dream about. I'm pregnant and dream about having sex with my ex at least 3 times a week, sometimes it's with my husband but it's mainly with my ex, I can't control what I dream about and have no need or want to have sex with my ex lol.
