Preterm labor 28 weeks

Was admitted into the hospital for a few days due to being 3cm dilated and 60% effaced. I was only 27 weeks. They released me a few days after stopping my labor and did not see any progression. Gave me steroid shots for the baby. And told me I am on a pelvic rest. I have a 3 year old at home. I rest a lot during the day due to she entertaines herself. Only get up to make food and bathroom. But I am worried that this isn’t going to make me last until at least 32 weeks. Any advice from people who have been here? What did you do?
