Not to prove age, no. I always travel with my daughter’s birth certificate as a way to prove she’s mine (different last names) and just so she has some sort of identification in case anything happens. I’ve never needed it, but still always bring it.

Where do you fly?
😂 If you fly in europ, crossing any borders need a passport. No matter the age. 
But US might be different.

Wellllllllll I don’t think an infant will look like a 2 year older or 5 year old 🤭😬😬😬😬 I’m not sure what age you have to pay for kids as I’ve never flown with mine but I don’t think you need to prove your babies age honey 💕💕

They should have this i go in their FAQ section. It is recommended with our airline, but nobody has ever asked to see it.

They asked to see my daughter’s birth certificate when she flew as an infant and even issued her her own boarding pass even though she was just on my lap. We didn’t fly with Spirit, but I would take it anyway since that’s her only form of identification right now.

I meant to hit no. In the US, I never had an issue with flying when my kiddo was a baby.
