currently 16w5d, haven’t had any sex and i say some spotting in my underwear, im also kinda crampy but im not sure. i’ve had 2 mmc before this baby and im really scared and worried…please help

It’s very common in pregnancy to bleed. Call your ob for peace of mind. Praying for you

I would definitely call your doctor, to ensure everything is ok. 
However, I had heavy bleeding and then spotting since my 13th week of pregnancy, and my doctor had informed me that it’s normal for some women to bleed. I didn’t have cramping, so that’s why I am worried for you. Praying e everything is ok!

It’s normal. Unless your cramps get progressively more painful and your spotting turns bright red and heavier. You can call up your midwife or OB for reassurance.
