Allergy meds and Breastfeeding
I’m exclusively pumping for my LO and I have terrible sneezing and runny nose and I really want to take something but I don’t know what to take 😩 benedryl is my usual go to but obviously I’m worried that could dry up my milk. are there any better antihistamines or am I just doomed to suffer? I have a huge stash so if I did take something and it temporarily hurt my supply that would be okay but I’m worried it won’t come back
