My mom says if I drink this it will affect my supply as well as upset baby. I don’t drink coffee daily or even weekly just a random craving

Drinking it is the only way to find out if it will bother your baby. Mine was fine with coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️

Imma tell you this, my sister, did alot of the stuff we are told not to do, yes she cut down on the smoking and stopped drinking but there were things she couldn't kick, and her coffee addiction was one of them. I swear tho, she has 2 of the sweetest, smartest, best behaved kids I know😂😂

I drink one cup daily and it dies not affect baby or my supply at all.

Neither of mine had issues when I drank coffee. Some babies are more sensitive than others though. It definitely didn’t hurt my supply either.

Caffeine doesn’t affect my supply, but you would have to try the coffee to know (as others have said), and for my two cents, if you just drink it once in a while, it’s probably not enough to do anything lasting to your supply. 
Also remember that our parents (and their parents) got (and give) bad information with the best intentions. You will hear about putting cereal in a bottle, sugar (or 🚫honey🚫!) on a pacifier, or other things that used to be conventional wisdom and have been dispensed with by the American Academy of Pediatrics, but parents, grandparents, and even some doctors (!) will still tell you to do those things. Just as things that we are doing right now will change by the time our kids get older, and unless we read all the new books and new insights gained over the intervening decades, we will do the same thing.

I drink a stupid amount of unsweet tea and I have a great supply 🤷🏻‍♀️ caffeine has never bothered my baby either.

Caffeine does decrease my supply, but I don’t think that this is the norm. When I realized with my first, I switched to decaf and my supply returned to normal.

You won't know until you know! Won't hurt your supply though since you're not drinking a crazy abundance of it!
I drink 2-3 cups of coffee and have a can or 2 of diet Pepsi in a day... And I have more than enough supply and it causes no issues to my baby. She sleeps fine and doesn't get fussy after feedings when it'd be in my supply.

Different babies are sensitive to different things. It's probably fine.
