Overreacting?

My boyfriend and I have a baby and live together. Baby is 9 months old and has recently started to become very clingy lately. He mostly is clingy to me and I get really frustrated with my boyfriend in this situation. Since baby clings to me, he doesn’t even TRY to help hold him or play with him or do ANYTHING with him. If we’re in the room together and baby cries to be picked up, he will just let the baby cry until I get him. The only time he helps is if I ask him, otherwise he will not help at ALL, and I get tired of having to have ask ALL the time for the bare fucking minimum. I feel like he should just get up and do it. I even one time tested to see how long it would take him to get the baby, if at all, and he didn’t take him after 10 minutes. Just sat on his phone watching dumbass FB videos while our son is screaming his head off. He wonders why I get so mad and overwhelmed but then does nothing unless I spell it out for him. I’ve tried to tell him I need him to help more and he still doesn’t unless asked specifically.
