Coming out

So I’m young with 3 kids. I honestly feel like it’s been pushed on me my whole life that I need to be with a man, that I need to have babies with him and get married and be a housewife, stay at home mom and I did it for a few years (never married) but we had kids and I stayed home and did everything I was supposed to do and it never felt right. I left my kids dad and still tried dating men. It still didn’t feel right. Just this year I tried tinder but only had it set to see women. I have conversations here and there. I love it and hate it, I was hoping to see support but get met with a lot of “oh you have kids?” “So you like men” “oh you’d probably leave me for a man” like no. There’s one woman I’ve been seeing a little. She’s lesbian, a few years older than I am and she’s been out a lot longer. I’m not even out officially because I’m so worried about it. I’m nervous and I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to women, I’m so new at this and I feel like because I am + I have kids I’ve had to keep defending myself to everyone and it’s a little discouraging. I feel like I’ve grown up around people who think this is so wrong so I have some kind of internalized homophobia that I’ve tried so hard to let go of and it makes it even harder. I just really want to know if anyone’s been in a situation like this. After years of being with men I finally want to come out but I just don’t know how I don’t want to say I feel “less gay “ because it’s been so many years and I have kids but like at the same time that’s kind of how it feels and I don’t know how to get over that feeling. Any advice is appreciated ❤️
