Ovulation help

I never tracked ovulation with my daughter, but we are trying for baby #2 and have been for months, my fertile window started on the 18th with the highest day coming up on the 22nd. I have NO clue as to what this ovulation test means but I believe it’s negative am I right? Which would mean I’m not fertile? Tips pointers and help would be appreciated!
