I just ate liver and onions… thinking it wasn’t a big deal? Now I’m reading It can cause miscarriage !? Anyone else eat liver during pregnancy??

Liver is highly reccomended, if you have iron deficiency.
So, no not harmful in essence. Just mind that you don't eat it 24/7, like vot every food, eat variously.

I think it’s because it’s very high in vitamin A, and you don’t want too much vitamin A while pregnant. It was once, I would try not to worry too much. You’ll be okay!

Small portions are fine. 1.5 ounces is recommended to be the most you eat at a time. It has to do with the vitamins.
