I had a baby 6 months ago & I got 2 periods since then which is now 3 if this is another period ..

So I got my period the 5th then spotted throughout the days and then I got it again (well what I think is my period) 2 days again, been in oddly weird pain stomach hurting, rectal hurting when I see, pressure in lower belly and a constant leg pain that won’t go away. Now I go to use the bathroom and I see this ??? Idk what is going on! I’m calling my doctor in the morning. !!
