Pacifier brands that don’t fall out

Question

My baby only sleeps with a pacifier (I know bad habit but he is only 6 weeks and the initial lack of sleep made me desperate so I did anything to get a little rest and now I’ve created a monster lol). Anytime it falls out of his mouth in between sucking he wakes up. Right now I have the tommie tippy breast like pacifiers and they fall out very fast unless I hold them in his mouth (which isn’t doable for sleep)

This was the winner for my baby. Also suckling behavior is good and soothing nothing to worry about till they are past age 2. This is all normal. My 8.5 month old loves his pacifier and I'm glad.
