Nails 🆘 what are my options?!

I haven’t gotten my nails done in like 6-7 years. I don’t even know what my options are anymore and I’m hoping for advice. I have pretty good strong natural nails but I’ve always liked the look and durability of acrylic. But I was never the person to go and keep up with them and get fills so really they’d be a waste of money plus bad for my nails and a pain to get off. I’ve heard of gel manicures but that’s just nail polish that doesn’t chip right? Is there anything else to choose from?

Try dip it’s between a gel and acrylic base .

I do powder.  I was also confused, I started getting my nails done last year, after going 7 years without them.  I used to get acrylic, but I don’t even know if that’s a thing anymore.  I love the powder

Sounds like you want to go get them done but if you maybe want to try something at home, I have been seeing this thing called NailBoo. You put on a base coat, dip in powder and the apply a base coat. Since you have string natural nails I think this would be a great idea. No UV light needed (I think gel needs this but I dunno haha). 6 weeks chip free wear. I havnt personally tried it but I want to!
