2 surges in 1 month?

I had two ovulation surges in 1 month. How is this possible? What can this mean? These were taken on digital test btw.

You can have multiple LH surges in a month. An LH surge does not always indicate ovulation actually occurred. The only way to confirm when you ovulated is by temping. It’s not uncommon for people to get an LH surge before a period.

Temping as in tracking your BBT through your cycle. You could be pregnant or you might not be. Ovulation tests showing a surge may or may not be pregnancy related or they may or may not be period related. They are only meant to help find your ovulation time but can’t confirm it with tracking your temperatures.

What is temping? Any chance I’m pregnant with the surges?

The first surge is the one that matters...you should ovulate 12-36 hours after that first positive test. If you read the instructions on pretty much every OPK they tell you to stop testing after that first positive to save you tests and avoid confusion like this. It's not uncommon to get a second surge before you start your period, doesn't mean you are ovulating again.
