Hoping I’m pregnant this month

So me and My Husband tried this month today I am on cycle day seven all day yesterday I felt a light twinge like cramp real soft in my left ovary It literally happened on and off all day I also had like a watery discharge I also feel the light cramping in my left ovary some today as well so I’m hoping for the best I got 4 to 5 days to find out if my period comes hopefully it doesn’t because I’m pregnant I really really hope I’m pregnant Has anyone else dealt with this but outside of ovulation time
