Any moms with 2 babies under 1?

I just found out I’m pregnant again my first is only three months old and will only be eleven months old on my due date. This was not planned I was content with only having one child for a couple years and was on the mini pill, practicing safe sex, and only slipped up once as far as not pulling out.

I just wanna hear others experience with having two very young children so close together. I’m super stressed about it and had thoughts about ending the pregnancy but have since changed my mind.
