Hi I had a hysteroscopy and d&c yesterday after they found a cyst on my left ovary and abnormal follicles and cells. This finally happened after years of between cycle bleeding and excruciating period pain. We have only been ttc for 3-4 months but as I already had issues with my periods we wanted it sorted right away. Just wondering how soon any one fell pregnant after have this done. Also my doctor said I can start trying when I get my first cycle after op.
