i’m 5dpo today and have so much creamy cm. I’m a good sing? What kind of CM is a good sign before BFP??

If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo (so anywhere in-between). And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise, and for any symptoms, if any, to show after. 
But unfortunately cervical mucus - or lack of - is not an indicator of pregnancy; as it differs for every woman and can differ for each pregnancy as well.
Cervical Mucus simply changes throughout your cycle. As long as there is no foul odor, abnormal color, abnormal consistency, burning or itch, then you are fine. Normal.

I'm 5 dpo today too with weird CM I don't usually have! I've just been telling my husband "I know its Wishful Thinking" but hoping for a bfp in the coming days 🤷‍♀️🤞🙏
