HELP I’m going crazy 😩

I have a 10 month old who is driving me batty lately… he had an ear infection that we got treated a week ago, but he has not gotten better since coming off the medicine. He does not stop crying if I’m not holding him. He just follows me around and cries. He has been waking up 2+ times a night and naps lately have been a nightmare. And I really don’t think it’s teething pain cause I gave him ibuprofen before bed and he still woke up 3 times… I get soo so mad at him and feel so bad afterwards but it seems like there are no happy times in the day anymore. It’s just fight fight fight until bedtime. Do I bring him to the doctor? Is it separation anxiety? What do I do??
