Postpartum hypertension

Hey ladies, im currently waiting in the ER. I am 5 days post csection and have been feeling funny. The public health nurse stopped by yesterday and noticed my blood pressure was creeping up. Unfortunately today it got worse and im now seeing lights and have a headache that tylenol wont fix. Im worried i have postpartum preeclampsia. My blood pressure when i got in to the hospital was 157/103. Anyone experience post partum preeclampsia? What did the hospital do for you? Did you have to be admitted? I had to leave my baby and am so torn up. I dont think i can leave him for much longer.
