What was your 12 month old like after weaning?

My son has been really fussy and needy this past week since we weaned. He was down to 3 feedings for a long time then we spent two weeks with him down to 2 feedings and a week with him down to one. He's been done with the one feeding for 5 days now and he's been really fussy and won't let anyone hold him but me. Wondering if that's related to him weaning or if it's just something all 12 MO go through? He's learning a ton of new skills so idk if it was a typical regression kind of thing or if it's mostly from the weaning.
