Hello ladies so I am about 4 weeks pregnant I just missed my period so I knew I was pregnant early . I went to the hospital because my tummy was so upset , when they did the ultrasound she said she couldn’t see anything . Should I be worried , she wants me to come back on the 26th to check my levels
