Miscarriage?! TMI pic

7 weeks pregnant, I’ve had spotting for just over a week and within that week had an ultrasound and there was a heartbeat. The spitting didn’t stop but just went to the toilet and passed this clot. Is this a miscarriage?

Are you experiencing any cramping? It doesn't look good but it may or may not be a miscarriage. Go and get checked ASAP. Good luck

This is a blood clot. Could be nothing but there doesn’t appear to be tissue in it just a clot. Get checked
