Bleeding after sex or ovulation blood?

My boyfriend and I had sex two days ago and when we were done we notice that there was blood on the condom and then when I went the the bathroom I was bleeding but it wasn’t the same kind of blood as period blood. Now two days later I’m still having light color spotting and stuff like that. I’ve always used protection and have been with the same guy for years so I’ve only ever had sex with the same person. I already have my period two weeks ago. I’ve never had bleeding during ovulation but idk if that’s a thing or what that would mean????
