What are your thoughts on taking prenatal vitamins during pregnancy ?

I’m prone to anemia and so I take mine for iron.

Been taking them since the day I found out. Was taking ttc vitamins before that. I haven't been able to stomach the healthiest of foods so I've found it especially important to take them.

I take them daily but only in the evening RIGHT after eating dinner so I can avoid being nauseous.

I take them when I remember to. This was the case with all my babies. I just switched to gummy vitamins recently. These are definitely easier to stomach. 😊
