pp periods SO bad
Anyone else have awful pp periods? I was very lucky to have easy periods before kids. Now I’m in so much pain and I bleed a ton. The cramps are awful and I feel queasy and exhausted on my period. Also the amount of blood is like triple now compared to before my kids. Anyone else? How do I get through it?!
