I havent had my first ultrasound yet but i have a very big gut feeling that we will end up pregnant with twins im 5 weeks today. Ive been experiencing extreme migraines my progesterone levels are very high according to my dr office. My best friends sister in law and few other ppl that at around the same time all had their mirenas removed and ended up with twins due to multipul egg release. My question ishow many of you ladies pregnant with twins had the mirena removed a few months before becoming pregnant? I had mine removed in september and found out i was pregnant the first week of december
