COVID help

I haven’t had COVID throughout this whole pandemic. I’ve been very fortunate. Well a couple people in my family came over on the 23rd and they had congestion and a cough. They said they didn’t have COVID (I think they assumed but didn’t get tested. Not sure) well I woke up this morning and my throat feels weird. Not sore but kind of scratchy and mucousy and I have a little bit of a cough. I’m worried that I might have COVID now. I am going to go get tested later today. What were your first signs of COVID? Do you think this is a sign?
