PCOS.. Metformin? Clomid? HELP!

I may be incredibly wrong, and I know self diagnosing is unfair to my nervous system. However, as I await my follow up appointment with my PCP to go over my pelvic ultrasound. I am SCARED. Anyone familiar with METFORMIN/CLOMID? I really hope I do not have PCOS.. 😪 my blood work showed normal levels on everything except my total testosterone.. 🤔

I am on 1000mg metformin over 2 years and just took my first dose of 50mg clomid this cycle. I have mild post birth control pcos! No cyst no hormones imbalance no thyroid issues but symptoms of pcos. Main symptoms are irregular cycles which are now regular due to metformin facial hair and weight gain. Tomorrow will be my last day taking clomid so I can’t help out with clomid so far. I am trying 3 years in January for baby number 1 and partner sprem has been tested and he is fine.
