Yes but I also have Covid so it’s a double whammy of zero energy

Yes but I’m sick on top of it. I have a cold/sinus infection.

Yep!  And I can’t wait til my second trimester rolls around so I can get back to myself!  I am not one to sit around ever.  I am non stop all day, and lately that has been the opposite, which has been hard for myself mentally.

Yep. This will be my first and before I was pregnant I could NEVER nap- even when I wanted to!!! Now I have been napping 3 or more hours at a time at least twice a day.  I think the cold weather has been making me feel like all my energy is zapped too, like all I want to do is laze around and watch tv or read- I don’t even feel like eating 🤢 so basically no energy at all.

I’ve been napping 2 hours a day (on days I have off) while the toddler is napping. And he’s been watching so many cartoons because I just don’t have the energy to play too

I was but I changed my nutrition, scheduled my daily nap, and I exercise every day. To be honest, asides sore boobs and my crash at two every day I feel great!
