Losing weight with hypothyroidism
Does anyone else take levothyroxine for their thyroid. I am trying so hard to lose weight and no matter what I do I can't. The only time I lost weight was when I was pregnant. I know my eating habits suck sometimes but I jave tried diet programs, meal prepped and it seems no matter what I can't lose weight. I'm going to try again with eating healthy and see if I can do it again. But it's such a struggle.
