Have you tried putting your temps in Fertility Friend to see if it gives you ovulation cross hairs? Might help confirm how many DPO you are. My temps are rocky like that too, because I have 3 kiddos and wake up at different times through the night. I can't speak to whether or not it leads to pregnancy with a chart like this because I started temping in lieu of other forms of BC, so idk what they look like when pregnant.

If you ovulated, and it's really not clear, you might only be 6 dpo.
