What can I do about my hands?

I have a baby under three weeks old and I smoke fags. I clean my hands so many times and now they are cracked like this! I leave it half hour before I go near him after a fag as I know it's not nice. Please don't judge! What can I do about this? Other then stopping smoking lol I genuinely wash my hands a lot as baby to reduce germs.

You need a steroid cream, hydrocortisone or something. This happened to me from handfasting at beginning of pandemic. That was the only thing that cured mine for the long run

What about using nicotine gum or patch. That way you don’t have to smoke, help you quit, and you do not have to wash your hands do much. 
Also, in order to not transfer second hand smoke to your baby, you should be taking a full shower and change all your cloths. Even if you do a smoke jacket or rob, the clothing underneath still gets it, all your skin that is exposed, hair, breath, everything absorbed the nicotine. 
You do not have to breath in the smoke to be exposed to second hand smoke. 
It can cause breathing issues and asthma rsv, and other stuff to your baby. I also know it is very hard to quit. My in-laws are trying, and I have had family and my husband has other family that smoke. Seen some try to quit some successful and some not. 
Try the patch or the gum if dr says ok.

You can try baby oil gel (it has to be the gel). My hands were extremely dry and peeling and Johnson’s baby oil gel was the only thing that worked for me. Hope it gets better soon!

Don’t wash your hands as much to allow the natural oils in your skin to moisturizer your hands. Don’t use as many products (perfume, shampoo, lotion etc)

lots of hand cream like others suggested, also i would try switching to a vape or where rubber gloves when you smoke so you don't have it on your skin and have to wash as often

I get that but I have eczema, steroid creams helps a lot. Or you can exfoliate your hands and SLATHER lotion on them and put gloves on till it feels dry (I do this with my feet and it works great)
