Armpit cyst thing?

Does anybody know what this is? My armpit has a pimple like cyst, and when i squeeze it white stuff comes out. it smells like BO. Does anybody body else get this/know what this is or how it happens?

Do you use a deodorant/antiperspirant containing aluminum? If so, that’s a likely cause. Aluminum is terrible for your pores and your body in general. I developed one of these cysts and switched to Native natural deodorant on the advice of my PCP.
